Over the past several years Maddy has built lifestyle-brand “South Florida Life” representing her concierge real estate business. Her broker is Coral Springs-based Realty100, which has operated locally since 2018. South Florida Life stands for personal guidance and A to Z oversight of every aspect of buying and selling property in the Boca-Delray-Boynton corridor, primarily for the active senior market, including second home purchases, estate settlement, probate and military relocation.  She is the “Dining Local” columnist in Valencia Lakes’ Echo community magazine; a dining blogger on Google and brings “Maddy’s Little Black Book” to her www.maddycohen.com lifestyle & real estate site, “Live the South Florida Life”!

Maddy earned a BFA in filmmaking at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, taught by director-to-be Martin Scorsese. Her first job was assistant to Stan Lee, creator of Marvel Comics; she evolved as a Marvel and DC editor and colorist and is recognized as one of the industry’s first female superhero writers. She moved from editorial work into marketing communications, earning a Hotel & Restaurant Management degree and travelling the globe for three decades as an executive for Hilton International hotels, Maddy continues as a storyteller through her writing, painting, photography and digital presence.
