Once approved, there is a $125 fee with the first month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Pets are not accepted. A personal interview with the condo association is required after separate application fees are paid and approved by the condo management. The application fee is $100 plus $50 per person aged 18 or older. Pool tags can be purchased at the time of the interview.
